The 8th annual PANorama Caribbean Music Fest is the only place where you can enjoy great Caribbean music and food while basking in the fresh ocean breezes of the breath-taking Virginia Beach Oceanfront. This year’s headliners, Andy Narell and Relator - University of Calypso (www.andynarell.net), will satisfy the musical appetite of any listener from the trained musician to the casual on-looker with their Caribbean-jazz performances of vintage calypso. Narell’s ensemble will be accompanied by the Eastern Kentucky University’s 32 member Steelband to truly capture the essence of the islands.
