Caribbean Steelpan Connextion Ensemble is excited to host its third annual offering, The World on Steel III Steelpan for Climate Change Action, on 12395613884?profile=originalSaturday January 25, 2020. Under the patronage of His Excellency, the Ambassador of France, Mr. Serge Lavroff, the event will begin at 7pm in the Gardens of Alliance Française, Alcazar Street, St. Clair.

The World on Steel has over the last few years, managed to position itself as the signature steelpan concert, which offers visitors and locals an alternative taste of music on the steelpan, apart from the competitive nature of carnival. Its aims continue to be to educate, inspire and entertain music aficionados.

Led by the exceptional talent and frontline favourite, Andre Robley, Caribbean Steelpan Connextion will headline the show and feature a variety of performances by Calypsonian Brother Resistance, Xavier Edwardz, as well as, Ms. Keone Osbourne. Both Xavier and Keone strengthened their careers under the mentorship of Music TT and continue to mesmerize audiences locally and internationally. A feature performance from Japanese steelpan soloist, Jai-an Sakamoto is also carded.
