The campus community will have an opportunity to enjoy the sounds of the Caribbean when the fourth annual University of Delaware Steel Band Festival is held from noon to 6 p.m., Saturday, April 28, on the lawn between the Amy E. du Pont Music Building and the Roselle Center for the Arts in Newark. Evening concert at 8:00 p.m.
