OLD TOWN — Panstorm, a community steel drum band associated with Hermon High School, has been playing for six years at various community events, concerts, and festivals, honoring its mission to spread unbridled joy through steel pan music and will perform at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 2, at Riverfront Park. Bring blankets or chairs. Tobacco-free zone. The 2018 summer concert series is hosted by The Old Town Public Library and sponsored by The City of Old Town. Free.
