Pan Trinbago Inc. T.C. wishes to inform its members that the date for the Extraordinary General Meeting carded for Tuesday August 21, 2018 will now take place on Thursday August 23, 2018 at the Communication Workers Union Hall, Henry Street, Port of Spain, at 5:00 pm.
Any inconvenience is regretted.
Members are asked to note that only authorized delegates will be allowed to attend and participate in this meeting.
The Secretary advises steelbands wishing to change their present delegates filed with Pan Trinbago shall be required to fill out the necessary form indicating the band’s new delegates.
In the absence of this, the present delegates on file will be used.
