In celebration of the 20th anniversary of the Laventille Steelband Festival Foundation, we give thanks and praise for the success of our journey to this point. We elevate and praise Ogun, the Orisa of Iron and the Steelband as we lift our prayers and send the cleansing sound of drums and Iron into our communities of Laventille and environs. We invite everybody to BRING YOUR IRON, BRING YOUR DRUM, COME LET US JAM with the wonderful sounds of our ancestors....let us AWAKEN our communities with positive energy.. Malick Folk Performers, North West Laventille Cultural Group, and Wasa Foli will be our guests..it is FREE..
