Rootmaster presents Steel Pan In Motion, featuring a number of the UK’s top Steel Pan soloists, these brilliant improvisers celebrate a rich legacy, of an instrument with a harmonic and melodic as well as rhythmic spectrum and whip up the carnival spirit at Hootananny on Sunday.
