The Arouca Powerfest Committee in collaboration with the Eastern Region of Pan Trinbago presents 'The Power of the Pan 2'; a free public concert. All 17 confirmed steelbands are required to include in their repertoire an East Indian song which must be played on the day.                               Date: Saturday 30th November 2013                                 Time: 5.00pm till midnight                                               Venue: Eastern Main Road, Arouca(btwn Golden                              Grove Road and Lopinot Road)              Confirmed steelbands include: Desperadoes, BPTT Renegades, Solo Harmonites, Skiffle, Birdsong, Arima Golden Symphony, Pamberi, Super Novas, NGC Couva Joylanders, Curepe Scherzando, Melodians, Pan Elders, Tamana Pioneers, Valley Harps, Bon Air Rhythm Rockers, Marsicans and Pan Elites
