Join us for a spectacular celebration of Caribbean music on the waterfront in beautiful Virginia Beach! Virginia Arts Festival's 13th Annual Virginia International PANFest is a steel band competition featuring bands from all over the United States and the Caribbean. Steel pan ensembles of all ages and sizes are welcome to this popular steel pan event, for their chance to play in front of internationally renowned judges and learn from the best during our Friday workshop. This year we welcome the Renegades as the headlining band for two fantastic evening concerts!
