Now BEVERLEY has to sign off on that and I know that it will be hard for her to TAKE ADVICE from ME.
But NOTHING eh working in PAN TRINBAGO -- besides CHAOS!!!
And since I have the BEST GLOBAL PLAN FOR PAN (in the world, I would say) they should TAKE A GAMBLE on me!!!

Dear Mr. Gonzales,
I have been advised to suggest to you to bear in mind that the ERO is a democratically elected officer of the World Governing Body For Steelband. Your language could be considered seditious and your intent treasonous, your diction sometimes injurious. Please desist from suggesting that democratically elected members of PAN TRINBAGO should be replaced otherwise, that is CIPian and backward. Although numerous members of the `CIP now enjoy the benefits of the spoils of war, with others firmly in control at the wheel, their mantra of forward ever backdown must never be underestimated.
And the first thing we are going to do (DANE) is to bring (seek out) 25,000 PAN LOVERS like INGRID BLACKWOOD-BELLE (from around the world) into the fold and build a database with that grouping!!! Sort of a GLOBAL PAN MUSIC FAN CLUB.
Now, TRINI PAN LOVERS are welcome into the club. But as you know, my personal emphasis has always been on the GLOBAL THING. We want money leaving the outside world and coming into TRINIDAD chasing the PAN MUSIC. You know like how MEXICAN DRUGS does come across the CALIFORNIA BORDER and then BILLIONS OF DOLLARS does pour back into MEXICO -- well we sending PAN MUSIC around the world and having MILLIONS coming back into TRINIDAD. But we ALL LEGAL!!!
