Trinidad & Tobago, W.I. - It is the turn of bands representing the East region in the small conventional steel orchestra category to deliver preliminary performances before judges for the 2023 season of the Trinidad & Tobago National Panorama.
The fourth and final leg is advertised to feature fourteen bands in total, seven each over two days.
