Five (5) Small Conventional Bands in the Northern Region ie West Stars. Merry Tones, Humming Birds, Harvard Harps and Flabej Now Ensemble will start the National Panorama Small Conventional Preliminaries 2020 on Monday December 09, 2019 from 7:00 pm
