You know what they say… keep your friends close, and your enemies closer. Well, it would seem that is precisely what Cardi B and Nicki Minaj are doing. The Hip Hop queens have been rather vocal in their apparent distaste for each other in the past (lest we forget the time Cardi hurled her shoe during New York Fashion Week), but it looks like the two might have finally squashed their beef. And what better way to make amends, then to make music together?
Really, anything can happen in 2020, it would seem.
According to rumours, Cardi B and Nicki Minaj are currently working on a collaboration with a song called “Lavish.” While there is no concrete proof (yet), the “WAP” singer recently took to Twitter to tease an upcoming collab that is sure to make people mad. And well, unless it’s Offset, Nicki seems like the most obvious guess.

I drove four hours from SAN FRANCISCO to RENO (four hours) to see HER SHOW and when I went out to DINNER at the SILVER LEGACY that night ... she was sitting a few tables away with her entourage and I went over and interrupted and told her that I would like to shake her hand ... REDNECK (and LESBO) as she was she was GRACIOUS and we shared a HANDSHAKE.
I like HYBRIDIZED and PROGRESSIVE MUSIC!!!I have looked at background PROFILES and DOCUMENTARIES on JAMES BROWN and FRANK SINATRA and ELVIS PRESLEY and BLONDIE (people will have a problem with her selection) -- and I have given them credit for being MUSICAL GENIUSES.
But (with a little TRINIDAD SENTIMENT) I will rate NICKI MINAJ among that ELITE GROUP of MUSICAL GENIUSES.
TRINIDADIANS have THE MAIN INGREDIENT and when they choose to integrate it with AMERICAN MUSIC PRODUCERS or enter the VAST FIELD of COMPETITION in ANY ARENA with OUTSIDE EXPERTISE -- WE COULD BECOME THE BEST.
