I an not a great fan of the World Governing Body of pan in T&T but have grown to respect them for their ability to manipulate the legal system and shut-down their opponent. Eleven months have passed and they are still running things and it don't look like anyone will be able to remove them in the near future.
For what ever reason the opposition fail to remind them that they are living on borrowed time, so if they were to call an election in the next 3-4 months it won't be enough time for the opposition to get back on line. I have to admit that PT executive had a good game plan.

Claude, I think it was more a budget problem. If we take a look at where these two groups get the money to finance their operations we'll see, Diaz and company is using PT money, on the other hand Beverly and her group have to hustle money to operate, you see the advantage Diaz had from the beginning? Diaz knew all he had to do is prolong this election and the Visionaries would have financial problems and he did.
