Dr. deLight has the greatest mastery of the ENGLISH LANGUAGE in all of TRINIDAD. And in that capacity he has personal access to some of the highest legal minds in the country. So I am suggesting that DR.DOLLY hire DR. deLight to explain the PAN TRINBAGO CONSTITUTION to the STEELBAND MEMBERSHIP in EVERY STEELBAND across the land -- thereby empowering PAN PLAYERS from Trinidad to Tobago to research big questions, think critically, defend their arguments with evidence and speak their opinions with an informed understanding of this specific constitution.
The PROGRAM should begin with THREE STEELBANDS.
POWER STARS STEEL ORCHESTRA in Port of Spain should be the FIRST STEELBAND!!!
SAN CITY STEEL ORCHESTRA in San Fernando should be the second STEELBAND on the program!!!
And NUTONES STEEL ORCHESTRA in Arima should be the third STEELBAND!!!
If Dr. deLIGHT could successfully transfer the understanding of THE PAN TRINBAGO CONSTITUTION from his erudite mind to the minds of the LEADERS and PLAYERS of the three bands mentioned above, then I am 100% sure that EVERY OTHER STEELBAND in TRINIDAD (and TOBAGO?) will comprehend and digest his LECTURES with MAXIMUM EASE.
And that understanding of the PAN TRINBAGO CONSTITUTION (by PAN PLAYERS) plays a vital role in helping YOUNG PAN PEOPLE (and OLD BAND LEADERS) become responsible and engaged citizens of PAN PROGRESS in TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO -- THE MECCA OF THE STEELBAND!!!
