Leading up to the PANORAMA I did not see the USUAL COMPLAINTS!!! And even though I did not pay much attention to all the BROADCASTS (I only listened to ONE STEELBAND in the PANORAMA -- I tried to give DESPERS USA a listen the following day ... but I could only make it through about 45 seconds; and I saw RUDDER -- where the voice gone, David? -- and RAS ILEY) the little I saw and read was polished.
So it seems like it was a GRAND and SUCCESSFUL CARNIVAL!!!
AMEN for that!!!
