Through my eyes (and bugs will tell you that my eyes are defective from excessive concussions -- but still they are my eyes ... the only ones I have) I have always seen some striking resemblances between politics in AMERICA and politics in TRINIDAD.
Here is one example!!!
A big discussion going on in AMERICA now is that VOTERS are voting for PERSONALITY instead of POLICY.
And when I look at the results of the PAN TRINBAGO elections -- all I see is voting based on PERSONALITY (RACE being the dominant trait in the PERSONALITY) -- and NOT ON POLICY!!!
If the PAN TRINBAGO elections were based on POLICY -- BEVERLEY would have FINISHED LAST!!!
