Ah gone and read Bertel Gittens trivia group this morning to see if he have any news from QUEEN BEVERLEY (because he is ah big inside man in this TOBAGO ADMINISTRATION) and ah see ah posting from ah fellah name Cecil Hinkson. Now there could be two different Cecil Hinksons posting on these two different forums. And if that is the case then I have to apologize to the one on THIS FORUM. But this is what the "other" Cecil post --

So ah want to know if this is the same Cecil Hinkson who was campaigning so hard for a BLUNT-EDGE president of PAN TRINIBAGO when we had so many cutting-edge administrative candidates available for the post? Is this some kind of buyer's remorse or what?
And Mr. Bertel Gittens!!! That man really fool me, BIG TIME. That man impress me that he was really ALL about PAN PROGRESS -- and I swallow the bait hook, line and sinker. And in the end, all Bertel Gittens really wanted was for HIS FRIEND (Beverley Ramsey-Moore) to be President of Pan Trinbago -- qualified or not . Take a back seat PAN PROGRESS. Yuh treating me like CECILIA, Bertel: Breaking my heart and shaking my confidence (in PAN PROGRESS), baby!!!
It have some other men name ah could call!!! But ah cyar alienate dem men because they go stop sourcing me all my good scoops. So ah go wait them out for a year -- because ah sure that BEVERLEY MILK go turn sour on them and then ah go need them to get the latest BACCHANAL.

Claude for the most part of 2018 steelbands were on their own, PT was outta the picture.
We are coming to the end of one of the most successful years of the steelband activity, it might not be financially but it certainly is the year that steelbands decided to do stuff on their own. that's big in my book. with the new administration, the sky is the limit in 2019.
Lord, Cecil!!! Yuh giving Beverley credit for all that PAN accomplish in 2018!!!
