I have coined it in different words: If TRINIDADIANS wanted PAN ON THE ROAD FOR CARNIVAL -- they would have PAN ON THE ROAD FOR CARNIVAL.
The BIGGEST PROBLEM facing STEELBANDS in TRINIDAD and TOBAGO right now is the LACK OF A PROGRESSIVE GOVERNING BODY -- especially since we are looking at six to nine years of BEVERLEY INCOMPETENCE.
