The prime-minister of Trinidad and Tobago is an engineer. He understands the math and science. He took the proper steps at the proper time. Although I would never have let any cruise ship dock anywhere in Trinidad and Tobago. Actually, the math says they should have sunk the cruise ships. Nothing personal - just based on the math and human behavior.
