The Annual General Meeting shall be summoned by the President of the Central Executive Committee during the period September 1st to October 31st in each calendar year. The annual reports of the Auditor and of the President, Secretary and Treasurer of the Central Executive committee shall be submitted to the Annual General Meeting.
