I have just returned from the Savannah, where I stood on the edge of the stage and listened to birdsong/Andy Narell and I have a suggestion or a challenge for Andy.

Pick any calypso and put your flavor to it, exact what you are trying to do now, don't try to arrange like we do, I repeat keep your style, but do it with a song most likely we would know, and let us all hear what you are trying to do, but with something we are familiar with. 

Speaking for myself, It would be interesting to hear what you would do with it.

One other thing,Panorama is about arranging a 'CALYPSO'IN A CALYPSO RHYTHM,,BECAUSE THAT'S OUR RHYTHM,,,Go to QUEENS HALL,IF YOU WANT TO HEAR CLASSICS,,,,BUT THAT BIG STAGE IN SAVANNAH,IS FOR PANORAMA JAMMING .PAN WAS BORN OUT OF GREAT SUFFERING AT THE HANDS OF THE EUROPEANS.A LOT OF BLOOD ,SWEAT AND TEARS,,,,WE ARE THE INVENTORS,,SO WE WILL NOT LET ANYONE NO MATTER WHO ,,,TELL US HOW OR WHAT TO PLAY ON IT ,,, BOTTOM LINE.IS WE THING,,AND NOBODY CAN CHANGE THAT.
