Veteran music organization Hell’s Gate Steel Orchestra (HGSO)—the country’s reigning national Panorama champion—is hosting its 2024 Panorama Launch entitled “This is Carnival” on Saturday, May 25, 7:30 p.m. at the Villa Primary School in St. John’s.
