I personally wouldn't be comfortable with a totally youth Executive,for a number of reasons,especially in this present environment.
My biggest concern is the present Constitution....it's written to create despots.

Claude, Aquil is a producer, in most things I have seen him involved in. I met him a couple years ago,when I returned home. He was introducing a program,in his capacity as the PT Edu. Officer,and I was disappointed in the proposal....after much toting and froing, he explained to me the pros and CONS of his office, since then we have been in contact.
Aquil has a lot to bring to PanTrinbago,and he has my total support if he decides to run for office,but he would also expect my candid contributions/opinions/protests of any future Executive actions/in-actions (his performance included) whenever/ if ever, I have cause to do so.
TRUST ME! Aquil expectations,even if they at not fruitful at the present/ near future time,cannot ever be misguided.

He would learn,and he is learning fast.....of course he would make mistakes,(WORLD LEADING POLITICIANS DO TOO) and I believe he would quickly learn from them.
But I am mindful that the PT Constitution is the Devil's Handbook, so changing personalities alone ( no matter how Saint like) is fratricide.
When Mr. claude say the boy ain't ready. I am thinking he is talk about the immorality which with being a successful politician. Which is something he have been outlining to me way before it reached to this. Mr. Claude always says when i reference the constitution, that i am play by the rules too much would my down fall in my endeavours.
but i am in agreement with Mr. Alexander. this is not the time for no rookie with s good heart to lead the ship. We need experience.

Myths about the CONCERNED INDIVIUAL FOR PAN (C.I.P).
1. The C.I.P. trying to take over Pan Trinbago.
This has never been the agenda of the C.I.P. and still is not. Our agenda is to have the current executive answer for the failed state of our organization. We are demanding a general meeting where members of the organization can ask questions without prejudice. The members of Pan Trinbago deserve answers.
2. The C.I.P. is a political organisation.
This is not fact. The C.I.P will not be presenting a slate of any kind. However, if there are people who are active members of the C.I.P. and wish to run for election, it is their constitutional right to do so.
3. The C.I.P. is putting information in the public domain which is harmful to the organisation.
The C.I.P. is not responsible for any new information about Pan Trinbago that is currently in the public domain. The C.I.P. highlights the information brought to light by the TV6 investigative reports of Mark Bassant since January, which spoke about corrupt practices among executive members, which they have yet to responded to.
Any new information about Pan Trinbago was sent to the e mail addresses of Pan Trinbago’s member bands and not to the public. When Pan Trinbago member bands get the new information and upload it onto social media we are not to be held responsible.
4. The C.I.P.’s cause is just but they are going about it in the wrong way.
According to the constitution of Pan Trinbago, there is only one right way to force a meeting to get the answers for the questions we have been asking and this is the approach we have taken. Circulate a petition calling for the meeting and get sixty percent of the membership to sign.
Any interference by the executive or by the chairmen of any zones to hamper this process is a violation of our constitutional rights.
5. The C.I.P. is a separate group from Pan Trinbago.
The C.I.P. is not a separate group from Pan Trinbago. The C.I.P.is not an officially registered group because we are already members of a group called Pan Trinbago. The Pan Trinbago whose president is Mr. Keith Diaz and secretary is Mr. Richard Forteau. We are concerned members of Pan Trinbago who became fed up of the lies, manipulations and the greed of our organization’s executive members. We, the C.I.P., think it is time for complaining among ourselves to be over, so we have now taken the necessary action to put the control of the organization back into hands of the membership of Pan Trinbago.
