The majority of the people i associate with is seniors and i think it is because of the positive influence they usually bring into my life. Some more that others. thank you all for the insight, knowledge, support, and love. special thanks to Mr. Claude who send me information through e mail to help me broaden my global perspective, and to Mr. Providence for his brutal honesty and for offering advice. I have taken the liberty to share with Mr. Arrindell privately, some evidence of my exploits, as I would really like to see that young man broaden his horizons, and conquer the world with his musical talent, and let others fight up with the jackasness (a word that offended others previously on this forum) that exists in Trinidad and Tobago.

You izza musician by nature, extraordinaire from birth, blessed with a wealth of talent by the Almighty, to take this art form to de world and beyond (your solo music should be on spaceships sent out to explore distant galaxies). Yuh ever see Robbie, or Boogsie (he does be a little vocal sometimes), or yuh ever hear Bertie or Lincoln, or Bradley or Jit, even "Jack" or Ellie ever try tuh run any steelband organization? De only answer tuh dat is no. Is men who are not naturally inclined or talented musically who does have tuh play those roles. Lewis Hamilton trying tuh run F1? You need tuh run yuh band (and yuh should be exerting yuh influence sufficiently where yuh should have people doing that for you). Run yuh school. Run things musically. There are so many opportunities that exist in this global village for someone as talented as you are. Like yuh manager not marketing yuh well or wha? I not looking for no wuk eh!
You need to put some structures in place "To Attract" some financial support in the form of sustained sponsorship for your initiatives, where you would place emphasis on accountability and transparency, it may not be inconsiderate to suggest that you practice autocratic democracy as that will ensure that you reap tangible rewards for your immeasurable contributions, while there is equity in the distribution of the returns for your membership, and resources to sustain your real estate. That advice is for yuh manager tuh give, and I apologize for my frontishness.
However, continue reaching for the sky with your music, and you would surely touch some stars.
