So we have 60 days of hard, bitter, unscrupulous, gutter sniping POLITICS COMING UP. The race has already boiled down to AQUIL VERSUS BEVERLEY.

ROBERT HERNANDEZ has ZERO CHANCE and all his candidacy will do is SPLIT THE VOTES and put BEVERLEY BACK IN OFFICE. So he should just DROP OUT RIGHT NOW and either JOIN UP with BEVERLEY or AQUIL.

BEVERLEY going and come with a PIE IN THE SKY CAMPAIGN with HOPE, CHANGE AND EMPOWERMENT -- political slogan after political slogan that have no TRICKLE DOWN EFFECT and will leave PAN in a worse condition after the next three years. The woman made it quite clear that PAN TRINBAGO is NOT ABOUT painting and upgrading no OLD BUILDING ... although that is what really went on in that OLD HOUSE that was sitting abandoned until MENDEZ and DANE approach the owner and GET A DEAL and REHAB and PAINT UP the OLD BUILDING. And then BEVERLEY run out and take credit for FINDING THE PLACE and REHABBING IT. She is in this job for the $27,500 a month and the social and egotistical recognition that comes with the TITLE. Let me not use that word TITLE because it will take me back to the FAZEER MOHAMMED interview. EMPOWERMENT FOR BEVERLEY NOT FOR PAN MAN OR PAN YARDS.

AQUIL strategy is to start FROM THE BOTTOM REDEFINING the PAN YARD and shaping it into a greater COMMUNITY FUNCTION beyond the PAN MUSIC (the PAN MUSIC will still remain as the core function) but MODERNITY will be integrated into the CENTER involving a larger part of the COMMUNITY having more access to a wider array of today's necessary technological resources. Hope this approach will spur more involvement from COMMUNITY LEADERS, POLITICIANS LOCAL TO EACH AREA, BUSINESSES across THE LAND and INTERNATIONAL BENEVOLENT SOCIETIES (along with PAN LOVING EXPATS ... and PAN LOVERS IN GENERAL) all reaching out across barriers and oceans to UPLIFT THE PAN YARDS and really MAKE PAN a central player in UPLIFTING THE ENTIRE COUNTRY in a number of ways.

So one CANDIDATE is looking to hold on to THAT PAY CHECK and POWER with MORE GRANDIOSE PROMISES that will DELIVER NOTHING at the ground level -- except for a few STEELBANDS in TOBAGO.

And the other CANDIDATE is trying to BUILD A BROADER UNITED COMMUNITY through the PAN YARD. In that case we should stop calling it PAN YARD. A bright fellah like RUSSELL PROVIDENCE with such a wide VOCABULARY should be able to come up with an appropriate LABELING.

My guess is that THE PAN DELEGATES will go for ALL OF BEVERLEY'S FALSE PROMISES AND ELECTION SLOGANEERING because they love to hear BIG WORDS that offer promises thrown at them. And the last thing that BEVERLEY RAMSEY-MOORE really want to do is EMPOWER PAN MEN because they will stop being SHEEP at that point and STARTING THINKING on their own about their OWN PLIGHT and DEPENDENCY.

Might I go further to add; that these very two elected Central Executive Officers, GERARD MENDEZ & DANE GULSTON, proceeded to EXTORT, privately then publicly at the HQ, a figure of 10,000 TTD each, from the contractor selected to do the job, REHAB and PAINT the HQ on Melbourne and Duke Streets. Ask me the name of the contractor selected to do that approximately 120,000 TTD Refurbishment ....and I swear on my father's grave I will tell no lies......these men are UNFIT FOR OFFICE AND LACK THE GRAVITAS TO TAKE PAN MOVEMENT forward...It cannot be business as usual......Mendez & Gulston, thank you for your service.
