I have to say that I am intrigued by THE PROCESS. Because THE CHINESE and THE MEXICANS got REALLY RICH in the SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA over DECADES exploiting FARES. So seeing what they accomplished and since I am FOR PAN PROGRESS without MORAL JUDGEMENT ...
