But when you look at a LIST OF THE CANDIDATES and the fact that ALL OF THEM have been close -- in some way -- to the 21-YEAR TABLE OF CORRUPTION, how can you honestly tell yourself that there is going to be CHANGE after the end of OCTOBER 2018?
The LOCAL WELL is DRY!!! And the BIGGEST BENEFITS FOR PAN will have to come from THE OUTSIDE. Where is the LOCAL VISION going to come from to lead such a charge?
I can't say that I see a CHANGE COMING!!!
