It is reported that the THA (working with the Division of Tourism and the PRESIDENT OF PAN TRINBAGO) will be going ALL OUT to provide SUPPORT to host a Tobago Steelpan Festival and the MEDIUM BAND Panorama Semi-Finals.
I like the idea of the TOBAGO STEELPAN FESTIVAL -- but it will take a lot of SMARTS to MAKE IT PROFITABLE.
The HOSTING THE PANORAMA IDEA -- that sounds really EXPENSIVE. But with a LOCAL PAN GENIUS arranging for the PRESIDENT'S BAND -- that should bring out all 40,000 Tobagonians.
Ah keep warning KENDALL WILLIAMS that he DOH WANT TO TRAVEL THAT TOBAGO ROAD -- but he have HIGH-PRICED PAN CONSULTANTS like Cecil Hinkson and Merrytonestothebone assuring him that he could BEAT DUVONE in TOBAGO and TRINIDAD ...
