It takes a very special person to start and run a successful steelband in a foreign land. You have had a positive impact on many many lives. Few can claim to have done what you have done on your level.

Things are different in England and to keep the pan movement alive in Europe for decades is most certainly something we owe Pepe Francis. For me he is one of the ambassadors of pan over here.
Putting all Jokes aside, Augustine (Pepe) Francis did deserve the MBE that he had received, He really did a lot and is still doing so we can go on forward and appreciate all that he have done.
Bede: And his band put down the NUMBER ONE performance at the recent ICP.
