Trinidad & Tobago, W.I.  - birdsong joins the rest of the steelband movement and other community-based organizations in recognizing the life work of Ainsley Mark who passed away on Wednesday August 20, 2014. birdsong is proud and grateful to be counted among the wide range of beneficiaries of his professional advice which he so willingly put at the disposal of our organization from its inception in 1973. • I never knew Ainsley Mark; but, after reading birdsong tribute and comments from others, those that knew him were truly blessed.

This gentleman understood that his gift of wisdom and knowledge was for him to share with others, and he did so freely.

My only hope is that he was told all these things that people are saying in his death when he was alive.

Rest my Brother, Condolences to the family.
