That is an excellent presentation, idea and vision for LA.  Pan Trinbago could never handle anything like that. Pan Trinbago is fighting the battle of relevancy.  They have no past model for aging gracefully.  They really don't know how to behave.  What exactly does the Pan Trinbago brand stand for? Can you imagine the NFL suing the NFL and surviving? 

A few years back the Manning government had a great project for the waterfront as part of their Vision 2020 package. Unfortunately they never got to complete it.
