"The National Carnival Commission (NCC) has racked up a debt of $78 million in the last two years.

The revelation was made before a Public Accounts Committee meeting chaired by Dr Bhoe Tewarie, as they examined officials of the NCC on the expenditure and internal controls for the periods 2010 to 2018."

So right now I am ready to FORGIVE Keith Diaz for TIEFING four million dollars and building an apartment in ARANGUEZ. And that is only a small portion of what he TIEF eh.

But if ah tell allyuh this allyuh go SAY AH LIE -- KEITH DIAZ still sending invoices to PAN TRINBAGO and BEVERLEY for MONIES that were NOT PAID TO HIM.
