Capital One donates $5,000 to Sesame Flyers

Sesame Flyers International Incorporated, a youth organization whose “Love A Kid Today and Every Day program has served more than 700,000 children in 23 countries over the years, received a big financial boost from the Canarsie Branch of Capital One Bank in Brooklyn recently.

Vice President of Capital One Bank, Canarsie branch, Maen S. Jariri on Saturday, Aug. 26, handed over a check for $5000 to Senator Kevin Parker, who partners with Sesame Flyers International — during Sen. Parker’s annual Back-to-School Harvest Festival, held at Paerdegat Park on 40th Street.

Jariri who attended the event for the first time, said “We are members of this community and there is nothing more important than giving back to the community we serve.”
