It is my understanding that STEELBANDS started receiving money today directly from the NCC -- with my client (Keith Diaz) being left out of the picture. It seems to me that the NCC is going to be running the WHOLE PANORAMA.
At the same time I saw a posting today which said that PAN TRINBAGO is receiving SEVEN MILLION from the Government for Panorama. Is Doctor Dolly playing TWO HANDS at the same table?
Now l living in FOREIGN so I don't know what is really going on.
Will somebody with access to TRINILEAKS please tell us WHAT'S GOING ON!!!

After Gerard's posting, I think I have it figured out.
Of the 20 million that the NCC got for Carnival from Doctor Dolly, 7 million was made out in checks by the NCC to the individual bands and delivered to MY PRESIDENT to hand out to the bands. So the video that stated that 7 million was given to PAN TRINBAGO was correct; it is just that it was not made clear that the 7 million was for MY PRESIDENT to smell but not spend!
They kinda turn Keith Diaz into ah errand boy; ah doh like that.
Well if Rolly Polly's checks are bouncing all over the place with an attachment stating insufficient funds, how will his defense attorneys get paid? Has the Dolly left Rolly Polly defenseless? Are Pan Trinbago checks now collectors item? What will Rolly Polly do when the Fraud Squad come knocking? College Boy did say he contacted them.

My guess is if yuh try to cash a PanTrinbago check the bank will tell you it go bounce, so just drive on....Doctor Dolly have the upper hand.

Cecil, assistance to bands for 2017 panorama is what is being paid on NCC cheques that were given to Pantrinbago to distribute to the bands.
