  • In T&T they don't do PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE they let things die and at this point it is almost impossible to resurrect. The Ministry of Culture supposed to be constantly monitoring all aspects of our culture making sure they remain vibrant.

    No one cares about anything today and what going on now is a manifestation of it.
