This forum belongs to ALL it's members and it needs input from as much as possible, this is when it comes alive. I try to keep alive at all times but like everything there's always peaks and valleys. I don't look at myself as the brightest bulb in the building, just the one that comes on over the door when the rest go off.
Ah see yuh have a new pardnah OSWALD ALEXANDER teaching you how to run a PAN SIDE and calculate expenses and the works. Like yuh going down and open your own STEELPAN BAND or what.
Is donkey years now PAN MEN should have found ways to circulate the money in their own channels.

Claude, oswald is a important source of information to us, we just speculate but he is living the reality.
I'll give you my opinion on why I think the forum rockin. Mr Francis spoke his mind about what he experienced in T&T for the ICP then remembered he did not get paid so he tried to back peddle on what he said and got into trouble with you all.
... but yuh know what? There were PLENTY PEOPLE in TRINIDAD who worked their FANNIES OFF to make sure that these "FOREIGNERS" had a good and hospitable time in T&T. So there was a lot of GOOD along with the BAD that was not mentioned in the article.
The problem is that there is a NATURAL TENSION that is associated with TRAVEL. And after you wait in the airport for FOUR HOURS as a leader of a BAND and you have all these BRITISH KIDS going berserk after that long trip ... let's say they began on a BAD NOTE.
FIRST IMPRESSIONS ARE LASTING.
I am sure that PEPE FRANCIS could flip that coin and talk about all the WONDERUL EXPERIENCES IN TRINIDAD.
But then again they had the GREATEST PERFORMANCE of the night and they might as well have placed them last. So YOU would have VENTED TOO.
