Meanwhile, COLIN LUCAS down in the SOUTH promoting and refinancing CHUTNEY SOCA to the heights of SKINNER PARK ... and TOBAGO PAN MEN (the heart of the culture) doh know if they coming or going this PANORAMA.
Dey just trying to spite my PRESIDENT OF PAN TRINBAGO but they punishing PAN and TOBAGO PAN MEN in the process. But ah sure they will capitulate in the end and give us the 3M$. They have to!!!
