Well is almost a year without a PUBLIC RELATIONS OFFICER. And there is NO SCALE big enough to measure the FINANCIAL LOSSES suffered by the ORGANIZATION as a result of this administrative failure.
THE VEE PEE facing CORRUPTION CHARGES -- so he is at war with the PRESIDENT!!!
THE ERO -- well they would have been better off organizing a WORLD TOUR for DANE GULSTON than putting him in that ADMINISTRATIVE SLOT. So they need to make that change like TODAY and select a good DIPLOMAT for that position.
THE TREASURER is another square peg in a round hole.
THE SECRETARY is being UNDER-USED and should be reassigned to a more productive post.
KEITH SIMPSON is a GREAT TALENT and should not be cornered in a TRUSTEE HOLE.
THE EDUCATION OFFICER is WAY OVER-BURDENED to the point of BURN OUT.
THE PRESIDENT!!! People don't want me to talk about THE PRESIDENT. But THE PRESIDENT is too consumed with being PRESIDENT and she is too paranoid to let individual executives run with their own ball -- she has this fear that they will make her LOOK BAD if they show too much autonomy. So everything gets choked up in the BEVERLEY AGENDA PIPELINE.
The rest of THE EXECUTIVE is in PANORAMA MODE. Five months of PANORAMA this 2020 season so nothing else is getting done.
Oh, Yes!!! We have two consultants to the PRESIDENT: BERTEL GITTENS and GREGORY LINDSAY. But dem two fellahs have to book appointments three weeks in advance just to get a 5 minute meeting with THE PRESIDENT.
Now how is THIS TEAM going to fight against the GLOBAL TEAMS that are dominating WORLD PAN? THE LOCALS are just BLIND to what is HAPPENING to PAN on THE OUTSIDE and cannot bring themselves to accept the fact that there is a RACE ON for GLOBAL DOMINANCE of THE PAN. And when you spend FIVE MONTHS of the year focusing on PANORAMA you are really doing a disservice to THE MECCA OF THE STEELBAND.
But EVERYBODY LOVES BEVERLEY and she is the GREATEST PRESIDENT THAT PAN TRINBAGO HAS EVER SEEN. And don't forget all the CRUISE SHIPS and TOURISTS from ALL OVER THE WORLD who are going to be SAILING INTO to TOBAGO for the MEDIUM BAND FINALS. That show is sure to generate MILLIONS for PAN TRINBAGO in EARLY 2020!!!
