I believe time will be better spent putting things in place to guarantee players $1000 in 2018.

I think that the PAN TRINBAGO allocation will be cut down to $20 MILLION in 2018 so I don't see how they could manage $1000 for the PAN MEN (money real scarce yuh know, Arthur Traverso put up a real heartfelt FROM THE GROUND report on that -- I don't know how many people read it and soaked it in but it sounded like the gospel to me). On your side of the coin, DIAZ can't lose $5 million to the bank again in 2018 -- so they are NOT starting with a deficit. But all that man does is sit down in that office and look for ANGLES to snatch the dollars. So don't ever count him out.
PAN MEN have ZERO POWER in T&T as you can see from the $500 payment. So I don't know how anybody could guarantee anything for them. But then again, we have MASTER MINDS like the CIP representing the PAN MEN so who knows.

I formed a ONE MAN ORGANIZATION where nobody have NO TITLE and I am going to fight to get the PAN MEN their remaining $500.00. Now I already know that the PAN MEN happy with the $500 and they have already moved on, but to see the Minister of Culture join forces with a CROOK like KEITH DIAZ and take bread out of PAN MEN mouth and everybody stay quiet because they cannot SPEAK AGAINST THE PARTY is to aid and abet mental slavery.
