Part of MARIE TOBY'S job (which I have defined many times before) is to visit STEELBANDS and discuss their issues with BAND LEADERS and BAND MEMBERS and then provide reports to the EXECUTIVE so that appropriate action could be taken to improve the LOT of the STEELBANDS and PANYARDS in TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO.
Logistically, how can you appoint someone living in TOBAGO to do this job? And what has she produced over the last two years to justify this $200,000+ (and whatever other perks come with it)? Did she even come up with a report for the 22+ bands in TOBAGO?
