Crackshots panmen should be able to play for more than one band, they have erned that, by being able to have that skill than few panmen have let them get that money, their great skill have well earned,and they deserve that money

Well then the band they perform with must put their correct name in order to collect the government cheque too. Let the government encourage the skullduggery...no underhand thing...then everybody should be eligible to play for any amount of bands...You can't have a rule negating the greenhorns and let the crackshots pass...Can you? We must also decide if Panorama will continue to be a competition too...because is only a jokey competition that will allow one man/woman to represent more than one team at the same time...
yes they should not have to hide, collect thos checks thos panmen that have that ability have earned that, submit their correct names nothing wron in that, they earned that to have that ability, that will encorouge others to pratice and get better to make more money,
