Dear Madam Secretary
I've been told that you are only one prepared to address to hard issues. So can please move the small bands Panorama to July or June or September? You need to save money. And please allow the Big 5 and other normally large bands to field a small band side to participate. It will add much value to the show. There are a lot of small band arrangers and bands who truly believe they could beat the large bands if they only had some size. So give them a chance to prove themselves. Personally, I believe that normally large bands will still beat the daylights out of the small bands, but at least they can dream - and you will finally have some interest in the small band Panorama.
