You have THE TALENT and THE SKILL to REBUILD the IMAGE of the ORGANIZATION with OPEN DIALOGUE -- so I think that you should explain these things to BEVERLEY and get her to agree to you acting as the MEDIA FACE and VOICE for PAN TRINBAGO.
