  • So according to Pan Trinbago's (The World Governing Body For Pan) constitution, under the remit of which Executive Officer do LOCAL issues of this nature fall?

This ought to be investigated. If they got there at 3 pm as they claimed, a decision to 'bump them off the sailing was a little harsh. If however, they got their at 3.37 pm as stated by the Port officials, this is a lapse on the part of the group's Directors. It is a pity that the children had to be made to suffer for adult indiscretion.
