I think that THE STEELBAND COMMUNITY should take a LONG AND HARD LOOK at the CANDIDATE LIST and then select the following FIVE PEOPLE to run the ORGANIZATION: Lawford Duprey; Robert Amar; Denise Hernandez; Keron Valentine; and Aquil Arrindell.
Let these FIVE CANDIDATES sit down around a table under the GUIDANCE of MR. LAWFORD DUPREY and derive a MANAGEMENT SYSTEM.

This is my SINCERE POSITION on what should be done with PAN TRINBAGO!!! And I STAND BY IT!!!
My only interest in PAN is PAN PROGRESS and BETTER TREATMENT OF THE PLAYERS and A GLOBAL PUSH FOR PAN MUSIC AND PERFORMANCE AND PRODUCTS.
