Work? He needs some (R&R ) rest and relaxation. Too much pressure this carnival season.
ODW -- He needs R&R indeed. The Dolly and crew must make sure Rolly Polly gets a room at that resort called "Club Jail". And please empty his pockets as he checks in. That money he's carrying belongs to the Pan children.
