The VERY SAME ADVICE I gave to BEVERLEY -- DR.DOLLY implemented it in the MINISTRY OF EDUCATION with COMPUTERS FOR STUDENTS.
Anyway, PANTRINBAGO is STUCK in an INTERNAL WAR -- so any hope of PAN PROGRESS is DEAD in TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO. What a waste of TIME AND ENERGY!!!
