There are, but not in our western scale
B to C and E to F are referred to as natural semi tones or half steps. to effect a semi tone from any other note you will have to sharpen(#) or flatten(b) a note. e.g. F F# or B Bb, C C# ,D Db ect.

But what happens if the pianotuner decides to tune the strings in a different scale. For instance all half or even third notes. You'll be lost again.....It's still only helpful in our western scale.
