On panorama finals night, Siparia Deltones set up shop on the drag (green area) next to the bleachers where the bands play for the last time before going on stage, and they played continuously for over five hours with no regards for the bands that were playing at the time.some bands did not stop to play and continued moving on toward the stage area. They even started playing after Exodus started playing their tune.(no respect). when Despers came up and was almost ready to play, Deltones started the count and the crowd voived thed disapproval, so they did not play. I was wondering what would have happened if they had started playing while Despers were playing.

Because there were no regulations in place, an incident like this or similar ones would be expected to occur. It is now incumbent on the administration (Pan Trinbago) to put some regulation in place for the future. At the same time each band has to be aware and conscious of all the participating bands, despite the heat and excitement of the moment. It was a good observation and was necessary to be pointed out to avoid any such re-occurrence in the future.
I also observed this lack of consideration from the band in question for the other bands and audience on the track. As was stated, bands didn't play which denied those on the track from hearing their favorite bands. This action I believe detracted from the event as a whole, as well as caused an overstatement for that seqment of the audience of what I thought was a exceptional arrangement. Thanks for pointing out this flaw, Jimi.
